We came, We saw, We kicked its ass!

The Inquirer is reporting that Acer has said it will not provide laptops preloaded with Linux in the United Kingdom. They report that there just isn’t the demand. Dell believed the same until they took a chance and discovered that there were in fact Linux users out there. I suspect Jono and other well known Linux users would have something to say about whether there is a demand for laptops reloaded with Linux, at the very least allow the option to not have an OS installed at all.
